1994 Toyota Supra Owners Manual - Halo ladies and gentleman welcome to Owners Manual blog. You are now reading the info about 1994 Toyota Supra. Here, we provide to you the link to download or buying this car's manual book. But in this case, we strongly recommend you to read the review first.

What is the consumer review for the 1994 Toyota Supra according to edmunds?
This has been a wonderful car. I am just as in love with my Supra today as the day I found her. It has plenty of performance and the build quality is just short of perfect. This car will get you as many looks as the most exotic supercar would at a fraction of the cost. When you put your right foot into this car you get an adrenaline rush like no other. But at the same time I know that my next scheduled maintance is not going to cost an arm and a leg like some other exotics on the market today. All in all this is a wonderful and fun car.

There are several things that make this car a favorite. One of course is the rush from the turbos. Another favorite is the timeless lines of this car. The targa is a great feature without the trouble or maintanence of a convertible

Only improvement would be to bring it back to U.S. soil so I can purchase the next update of this great car.

1993 Toyota Supra Owners Manual - Halo ladies and gentleman welcome to Owners Manual blog. You are now reading the info about 1993 Toyota Supra. Here, we provide to you the link to download or buying this car's manual book. But in this case, we strongly recommend you to read the review first.

According to cargurus for the 1993 Toyota Supra. The Toyota Supra was totally redesigned for 1993, resulting in an even more powerful car. The new body style was much rounder and more modern. The new Supra left out its signature pop-up headlights in favor of conventional ones. Airbags and antilock brakes now came standard. The "Mark IV" generation Supra gained almost cult status, especially after a starring role in the film ~~The Fast and the Furious~~. Now, the cars are very much in demand and can cost upwards of $100,000.

The 1993 Toyota Supra had a 3.0-liter, six-cylinder engine with 220 horsepower. The turbo came with a twin turbocharged engine with a 320-horsepower engine and a six-speed manual transmission. For fuel economy, the 1993 Supra got about 17 to 23 miles per gallon.

The 1993 Toyota Supra gets high marks from drivers for style, speed, and performance. Owners say the car still looks modern today, and racing enthusiasts like it because it's easy to modify. Drivers also say the car is extremely comfortable and the interior is ergonomic and well designed. Drivers say that parts and repairs can be expensive, and insurance is also expensive, especially for the turbo.

What is the consumer reviews about 1990 Toyota Supra according to edmunds ?

One of the nicest cars I've owned, rivaling my Lexus LS 430 in many areas and exceeding it in performance, fun-to-drive, and styling. No problems in 21 years and still looks and drives like new. It has been called the best car Toyota ever made. I recall some car mag saying something like "if you want performance and comfort, buy the Supra, otherwise the Porsche 928 will do." The car has gotten as high as 28/20 highway/city and averages 24/19. A head-turner still, it will carry 2 bicycles and camping gear for a 3-week trip. Is anyone looking for an 18,000-mile LS 430?

2012 Toyota Camry Owners Manual

2012 Toyota Camry Owners Manual - Halo ladies and gentleman welcome to Owners Manual blog. You are now reading the info about 2012 Toyota Camry. Here, we provide to you the link to download or buying this car's manual book. But in this case, we strongly recommend you to read the review first.

According to edmunds for the 2012 Toyota Camry. The 2012 Toyota Camry has been improved in almost every detail, which is excellent news since the previous model was disappointing in many regards. On the whole, this may look like the same package, but it's been massaged and redesigned to bring it up to the standards of usability, safety and interior construction set by the competition, and then retuned and restyled to be a little more expressive. But as before, durability and reliability are still the key attributes meant to set the 2012 Toyota Camry apart from its rivals.

The 2012 Toyota Camry is offered in L, LE, SE and XLE trim levels. The L features 16-inch steel wheels, air-conditioning, power windows and mirrors, cruise control, a tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, split-folding rear seats, Bluetooth and a six-speaker CD sound system with auxiliary input and USB jacks.

The Camry LE adds auto headlamps, power locks with remote keyless entry, Bluetooth streaming audio and a central touchscreen interface for audio, phone and car information.

Every 2012 Toyota Camry features front-wheel drive and a six-speed automatic transmission, but there are two engine choices. Base Camrys are powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder that produces 178 hp and 170 pound-feet of torque. In Edmunds performance testing, this engine brought the Camry from zero to 60 mph in 8.1 seconds, which makes it one of the quickest four-cylinder midsize sedans. EPA-estimated fuel economy is 25 mpg city/35 highway and 28 combined, which puts the Camry among the class leaders.

2011 Toyota Camry Owners Manual

2011 Toyota Camry Owners Manual - Halo ladies and gentleman welcome to Owners Manual blog. You are now reading the info about 2011 Toyota Camry. Here, we provide to you the link to download or buying this car's manual book. But in this case, we strongly recommend you to read the review first.

According to edmunds for the 2011 Toyota Camry. The midsize sedan segment is arguably the most competitive in the automotive marketplace, and as such the 2011 Camry has a number of worthy opponents it must battle for sales chart supremacy. Of course there is its age-old rival, the Honda Accord, but now you can also consider the Chevrolet Malibu, Ford Fusion, Hyundai Sonata, Mazda 6, Nissan Altima and Suzuki Kizashi. Although the 2011 Toyota Camry doesn't handle nearly as well as the sportier class entrants -- such as the 6 and Altima -- we suspect the majority of shoppers won't care too much.

The 2011 Toyota Camry is a midsize four-door sedan offered in four trim levels -- base, LE, SE and XLE. The base Camry comes only with a four-cylinder engine, while the other trims offer a choice between the four-cylinder and a V6.

The base Camry features 16-inch steel wheels, air-conditioning, auto up/down windows for all four doors, a six-speaker CD audio system with an auxiliary input jack, a tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, cruise control, full power accessories and a 60/40-split-folding rear seat. The Camry LE adds keyless entry and an eight-way power driver seat.

Every 2011 Toyota Camry comes with antilock brakes with brake assist, stability control, front-seat side airbags, full-length side curtain airbags and a driver knee airbag.

In the government's new, more strenuous crash testing for 2011, the Camry earned an overall rating of three stars out of a possible five, with three stars for overall frontal crash protection and three stars for overall side crash protection. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety gave it the top rating of "Good" in its frontal-offset and side-impact crash tests.

2010 Toyota Camry Owners Manual

2010 Toyota Camry Owners Manual - Halo ladies and gentleman welcome to Owners Manual blog. You are now reading the info about 2010 Toyota Camry. Here, we provide to you the link to download or buying this car's manual book. But in this case, we strongly recommend you to read the review first.

According to edmunds for the 2010 Toyota Camry. The Toyota Camry receives a number of updates for 2010, chief among them a new 2.5-liter four-cylinder base engine that replaces the previous 2.4-liter unit and comes in two versions (the SE gets the more powerful version). Also, both the manual and automatic transmissions now have six speeds instead of five. Other changes include a restyled grille and taillights, a new optional audio system with satellite radio and Bluetooth for base and LE models, and auto up/down windows on all four doors. Finally, stability control is now standard across the model range.

Some things don't change. Take the 2010 Toyota Camry's buttery-soft ride and roomy, serene cabin, for example, which have been endearing Camry traits since we can remember. And some things get better with age. Look at the Camry's powerful, fuel-efficient and ultra-smooth 268-horsepower V6, which is not only the best Camry V6 ever, but also the best all-around V6 in any family sedan. Unfortunately, other things can sour with time. That's where the current Camry's underwhelming interior quality comes in. Overall, though, the 2010 Camry remains one of the top choices in this competitive segment. With excellent crash test scores and comfort and refinement to spare, the Camry's got what most family-sedan shoppers want.

For 2010, the Camry receives a midcycle rejuvenation. Most notably, the base four-cylinder engine increases in size from 2.4 to 2.5 liters, with a corresponding 11-hp bump (21 hp on the SE), and the manual and automatic transmissions matched to this engine are now blessed with six gears instead of five. The exterior styling has also been tweaked, boasting a new grille, larger headlights, and a revised taillight design. On the safety front, stability control is now standard across the lineup. Other notable additions include auto up/down windows all around and a new optional audio system with satellite radio and Bluetooth for the lower trim levels.

The 2010 Toyota Camry is a midsize four-door sedan offered in four trim levels -- base, LE, SE and XLE. The base Camry comes only with a four-cylinder engine, while the other trims offer a choice between the four-cylinder and a V6.

The base Camry features 16-inch steel wheels, air-conditioning, auto up/down windows for all four doors, a six-speaker CD audio system with an auxiliary input jack, a tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, cruise control, full power accessories and a 60/40 split-folding rear seat. The Camry LE adds keyless entry and an eight-way power driver seat.

2009 Toyota Camry Owners Manual

2009 Toyota Camry Owners Manual - Halo ladies and gentleman welcome to Owners Manual blog. You are now reading the info about 2009 Toyota Camry. Here, we provide to you the link to download or buying this car's manual book. But in this case, we strongly recommend you to read the review first.

According to edmunds for the 2009 Toyota Camry. Constants can be strangely comforting. Knowing, for example, that your Grandma's tasty lasagna or your tennis partner's solid serve are going to be as you expect may even cause warm and fuzzy feelings. Of course, in some cases constants can wane over time -- such as the Red Sox losing or Paul McCartney producing good music.

As one of the best-selling vehicles over the past 20 years, the Toyota Camry has been a comforting constant in its own right. Buyers are frequently working on their third or fourth Camry because of their prior positive experiences. The 2009 version of this Toyota stalwart continues to offer what most folks are looking for in a mainstream midsize family sedan: a roomy cabin, a comfortable ride, an easy-to-drive demeanor and a reputation for reliability and low maintenance costs. A strong resale value doesn't hurt either. However, like Sir Paul, this automotive constant has started to wane.

The current generation of the Camry is the largest version of the car yet. Although categorized as a midsize car, the Camry offers plenty of passenger room front and rear. This is also the most muscular Camry ever, with an available 268-horsepower V6 at the driver's beck and call. Matched to a smooth six-speed automatic transmission, that powerhouse can propel this family sedan to 60 mph in just 6.5 seconds -- as quick as some sport sedans and coupes. It also returns fuel economy that's impressively close to that of a four-cylinder Camry.

All Camrys are front-drive and the standard engine on all trim levels is a 2.4-liter four-cylinder rated for 158 hp and 161 pound-feet of torque. In most states, the four-cylinder carries Ultra Low Emissions Vehicle (ULEV) certification. It meets the more stringent Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle (PZEV) standard in California-emissions states, but has slightly lower output ratings -- 155 hp and 158 lb-ft.

Every 2009 Toyota Camry comes with antilock brakes (with brake assist), front-seat side airbags, full-length side curtain airbags and a driver knee airbag. Stability control (which includes traction control) is optional across the line.

In crash tests conducted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the Camry earned a perfect five stars in all frontal- and side-impact categories. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety gave it the top rating of "Good" in its frontal-offset and side-impact crash tests.

2008 Toyota Camry Owners Manual

2008 Toyota Camry Owners Manual - Halo ladies and gentleman welcome to Owners Manual blog. You are now reading the info about 2008 Toyota Camry. Here, we provide to you the link to download or buying this car's manual book. But in this case, we strongly recommend you to read the review first.

According to edmunds for the 2008 Toyota Camry. Redesigned last year, the Camry is unchanged for 2008. Toyota has dropped the CE name from the base trim level.

The 2008 Toyota Camry represents the second year of the nameplate's sixth generation. Although the car retains a midsize classification, this is the largest Camry ever and that fact is immediately apparent when you get inside: Headroom, shoulder room, hiproom and legroom are abundant in both the front and back. This is also the most powerful Camry ever by a wide margin. The optional 3.5-liter V6 engine develops 268 horsepower, and using the services of a smooth-shifting six-speed automatic transmission, propels the sedan to 60 mph in just 6.5 seconds -- as quick as some sport sedans and coupes. It also returns fuel economy that's not far off from what you'd get with the Camry's base four-cylinder engine.

The 2008 Toyota Camry comes as a midsize four-door sedan available in four trim levels -- base (formerly CE), LE, SE and XLE. The base Camry comes exclusively with a four-cylinder engine, while the three higher trims offer a choice between the four-cylinder and a V6.

Every 2008 Toyota Camry comes with front-seat side airbags, full-length side curtain airbags and a driver knee airbag. Antilock brakes with brake assist are also standard. Stability control (which includes traction control) is optional across the line. In crash tests conducted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the Camry earned a perfect five stars in all frontal- and side-impact categories. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety gave it the top rating of "Good" after administering its frontal-offset and side-impact crash tests.

The base four-cylinder engine should be adequate for most buyers, though it's surpassed by the more potent four-cylinder offerings in the Altima and Passat. A more appealing choice for those with fewer budget constraints is the smooth and vigorous V6, which transforms the Camry into one of the fastest mid-priced sedans on the road. A soft, quiet ride characterizes the Camry's on-road demeanor, though the SE sedan's handling capabilities will likely impress you if you push it a bit. Still, the overriding impression is one of refinement and a somewhat isolated feel from the road compared to more athletic competitors. Toyota knows that the majority of buyers in this market segment are more interested in comfortable, stress-free travel than tearing through corners, and the refined and very capable 2008 Toyota Camry should prove a hit with them.

2007 Toyota Camry Owners Manual

2007 Toyota Camry Owners Manual - Halo ladies and gentleman welcome to Owners Manual blog. You are now reading the info about 2007 Toyota Camry. Here, we provide to you the link to download or buying this car's manual book. But in this case, we strongly recommend you to read the review first.

According to edmunds for the 2007 Toyota Camry. Toyota's perennially best-selling family sedan gets a complete makeover for 2007. Among the highlights are a roomier interior, additional luxury-oriented features, an available 268-hp V6 coupled to a six-speed automatic transmission, and a gasoline-electric hybrid model that earns EPA fuel economy estimates of 43 mpg city/37 mpg highway.

The 2007 Toyota Camry comes as a midsize four-door sedan in five trim levels. The base CE counts 16-inch wheels, air conditioning, power windows and mirrors, cruise control, a tilt and telescoping steering wheel, and a six-speaker audio system with a CD player and auxiliary input jack as standard equipment. The Camry LE adds keyless entry and an eight-way power driver seat. The SE includes a sport-tuned suspension, 17-inch alloy wheels, and special interior and exterior styling details. The luxurious XLE pampers its occupants with a 440-watt JBL sound system that incorporates Bluetooth technology, a moonroof, wood-tone accents, reclining rear seats, an automatic dual-zone climate control system with a high-tech air filter and, on the V6 model, leather seating. The various trim levels should satisfy most buyers' needs, however, a few key options are available, such as stability control and, on the XLE trim, a navigation system and heated seats.

Standard on all trim levels is a 2.4-liter inline four (158 horsepower and 161 pound-feet of torque) paired to either a five-speed manual or five-speed automatic transmission. A potent 3.5-liter V6 (268 hp and 248 lb-ft) mated to a new six-speed automatic gearbox (that offers manual-shift capability) is available on the LE, SE and XLE trims. With the V6, the Camry can reach 60 mph in just 6.5 seconds.

In addition to more space for passengers, the 2007 Toyota Camry offers other features that increase cabin comfort. XLEs with cloth upholstery have a unique treatment using silkworm cocoon extract that coats the fabric, making it very soft to the touch. Additionally, XLE rear-seat passengers can recline their seatbacks. All Camrys have a trip computer, larger instruments than before and a dual-tiered dash that makes for a more spacious feel. Plenty of cubbies and compartments serve to hold CDs, cell phones and garage cards. The Camry's trunk holds 15 cubic feet of cargo.

2006 Toyota Camry Owners Manual

2006 Toyota Camry Owners Manual - Halo ladies and gentleman welcome to Owners Manual blog. You are now reading the info about 2006 Toyota Camry. Here, we provide to you the link to download or buying this car's manual book. But in this case, we strongly recommend you to read the review first.

According to edmunds for the 2006 Toyota Camry. For the 2006 Toyota Camry, the navigation system is now available as a stand-alone option on the SE V6. The Camry's stated power ratings are also a bit lower this year due to Toyota's implementation of a new SAE engine testing procedure.

The 2006 Toyota Camry sedan is available in Standard, LE, SE and XLE trims. The entry-level Standard offers basics such as power locks and windows, cruise control and a CD player, but has limited option availability. The LE adds upgrades like keyless entry, a power driver seat and color-keyed exterior mirrors. The sporty SE is similarly equipped, but features different interior trim and upholstery, a sport-tuned suspension, 17-inch alloy wheels, a rear spoiler, foglamps and a unique grille. Step up to the XLE and you get automatic climate control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, upgraded audio system and, on the XLE V6, leather seating. Various options include a sunroof, leather seating, heated front seats, a DVD-based navigation system and an in-dash CD changer

Three engines are available on this Toyota car. The first is a 2.4-liter four-cylinder that makes 154 horsepower (145 with PZEV emission controls). It's mated to either a five-speed manual or five-speed automatic transmission, and should be powerful enough for the majority of buyers. A 3.0-liter V6 that generates 190 hp is also available on the LE and XLE, while a 210-hp, 3.3-liter V6 is available on the SE model only. Six-cylinder Camrys come with the automatic only.

Toyota didn't design the Camry to be particularly sporty (for that, check out the Camry Solara). Instead, it focused on giving this car a smooth and quiet ride that makes daily commutes a painless chore. Power from the four-cylinder engine is average for this class, but it's delivered in such a refined fashion that only those who demand above-average acceleration are likely to complain. Same goes for the V6 engines, though the more powerful SE V6 has no trouble hanging with the competition.

2005 Toyota Camry Owners Manual

2005 Toyota Camry Owners Manual - Halo ladies and gentleman welcome to Owners Manual blog. You are now reading the info about 2005 Toyota Camry. Here, we provide to you the link to download or buying this car's manual book. But in this case, we strongly recommend you to read the review first.

According to motortrend for the 2005 Toyota Camry. The Toyota Camry is still America's quintessential midsize car, and it's easy to see why. It performs every task with poise and class while offending no one. Looking beyond the sedate styling reveals bulletproof reliability, superbly refined powertrains, quantifiable quality, and an everyday user-friendliness that's hard to beat.

The Camry's clean, tasteful sedan body and more curvaceous coupe/convertible body suggest a mannered approach to motoring. The line doesn't pander to fashion trends, rather these cars look smart today and will continue to do so for years to come. For 2006, there are no major styling revisions, following a freshening in 2005 that incorporated redesigned grille, headlamps, and taillamps. A clever hierarchy of Camry ownership is distinguished mainly by wheel and tire packages. Standard Camry sedans make do with 15-inch wheels and tires; 16-inchers are variously optional and standard on the middle trim levels; and 17s are standard on convertibles, some coupes, and the SE sedan.

Although the Camry is quite subdued inside at base level, it can be outfitted to a relatively luxurious standard if you're prepared to invest. All Camrys benefit from generally good materials and fits inside, although the interior styling is unexceptional and the plastics aren't as rich looking as those found in the Honda Accord or Subaru Legacy. What we love, though, is the way all the things you touch--the window lifts, the column stalks, the radio controls--operate as if someone paid a huge amount of attention to them. That, plus they feel like they'll last forever.

A standard Camry has air conditioning and power door locks and windows, but an XLE V-6 has standard automatic climate control, wood-grain interior trim, and power front seats, with a power moonroof and leather seats among the optional features. Toyota has exerted a great deal of effort to improve the dowdy appearance of its less premium Camrys, to the extent that the even the base model gained chrome door handles and gear-shifter base in 2005. Upscale optional features include a navigation system and a JBL stereo with satellite radio capability.

2004 Toyota Camry Owners Manual

2004 Toyota Camry Owners Manual - Halo ladies and gentleman welcome to Owners Manual blog. You are now reading the info about 2004 Toyota Camry. Here, we provide to you the link to download or buying this car's manual book. But in this case, we strongly recommend you to read the review first.

According to edmunds for the 2004 Toyota Camry.
For the 2004 Toyota Camry, a new 3.3-liter V6 is standard on SE V6 models. Relative to last year's 3.0-liter V6, this engine offers 33 more horsepower and an additional 31 pound-feet of torque, boosting ratings to 225 and 240, respectively. Fortunately, Toyota has also boosted the 3.0-liter engine's output -- it now makes 210 hp and 220 lb-ft of torque in V6-equipped LE and XLE models.

Both V6 engines come standard with a five-speed automatic transmission this year. In other news, a new trim has been introduced; the Limited Edition Camry comes in an exclusive crystal-white color, and offers a unique front grille, standard foglamps and champagne-color exterior badging.

2003 Toyota Camry Owners Manual

2003 Toyota Camry Owners Manual - Halo ladies and gentleman welcome to Owners Manual blog. You are now reading the info about 2003 Toyota Camry. Here, we provide to you the link to download or buying this car's manual book. But in this case, we strongly recommend you to read the review first.

According to cars for the 2003 Toyota Camry. Toyota fully redesigned its Camry for the 2002 model year, so the midsize front-wheel-drive sedan sees only a handful of revisions for 2003. Fog lamps have been added to the XLE version, and all models equipped with automatic transmissions can have optional power-adjustable pedals.

In its fifth-generation form, the Camry is quieter and larger inside, and it sits on a wheelbase that’s 2 inches longer than before. The Japanese automaker hopes to regain its title of owning the top-selling passenger car, which was recently lost to Honda and its Accord.

Camry models include the standard LE, the upscale XLE and a sporty SE with different suspension tuning and 16-inch sport tires. A navigation system is offered as an optional feature. Most Camry models sold in the United States have been manufactured at Toyota’s Georgetown, Ky., plant.

Toyota’s 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine produces 157 horsepower and teams with either a four-speed-automatic or five-speed-manual transmission. The 192-hp, 3.0-liter V-6 power plant comes with the automatic gearbox only.

Side-impact airbags for the front seats and curtain-type airbags are standard in the XLE. The front airbags deploy in three stages, which depends on crash conditions. Antilock brakes are standard on the XLE and on V-6-equipped models, and they are available as an option on the four-cylinder LE and SE sedans.

2002 Toyota Camry Owners Manual

2002 Toyota Camry Owners Manual - Halo ladies and gentleman welcome to Owners Manual blog. You are now reading the info about 2002 Toyota Camry. Here, we provide to you the link to download or buying this car's manual book. But in this case, we strongly recommend you to read the review first.

According to edmunds for the 2002 Toyota Camry.
One of America's favorite cars is all new this year. Design goals for the 2002 Toyota Camry included larger interior packaging, reduced noise, more advanced safety features, better driving dynamics and, of course, a new standard of value.

If you ever need confirmation that Americans are completely different from Europeans (besides German tourists' propensity for wearing black socks and shorts), look no further than the Toyota Camry. Here is a car that, for the past four years, has been the best-selling car in America and a near definition of the American passenger car. In Europe, Camry sales barely register.

The Camry's success in the U.S. lies in its ability to sensibly fulfill the needs of consumers seeking a roomy vehicle that sets a benchmark in quality, reliability and value. For 2002, the Camry enters its fifth generation with an all-new design, and Toyota has done everything within its power to make sure the Camry continues its success.

Each engine is available with the three different trim levels this year: LE, SE and XLE. Last year's entry-level CE is replaced by the LE, which remains the core volume model but with a higher level of standard equipment, including power windows, mirrors and locks; air conditioning with particulate filtration; cruise control; and an ambient temperature gauge.

The XLE gets power driver and passenger seats, heated outside mirrors, a premium JBL audio system, climate control with rear-seat vents, steering wheel-mounted controls, a compass in the electrochromic mirror, a rear sunshade and 16-inch wheels. The new SE grade combines distinctive and sportier styling elements with chassis tuning that delivers a firmer ride, enhanced steering and nimble handling.

The all-new Camry is an enticing pick for 2002. It remains loyal to its original mission while still offering more features and better driving enjoyment. Unless Americans start wearing black socks with shorts, the Camry should retain its title as the best-selling car for another year.

2001 Toyota Camry Owners Manual

2001 Toyota Camry Owners Manual - Halo ladies and gentleman welcome to Owners Manual blog. You are now reading the info about 2001 Toyota Camry. Here, we provide to you the link to download or buying this car's manual book. But in this case, we strongly recommend you to read the review first.

According to edmunds for the 2001 Toyota Camry. The Toyota Camry is one of America's most-favored mid-size sedans. The reasons are simple. It boasts room for five adults, can be ordered with a powerful and smooth-revving V6, and comes with the reputation of solid Toyota reliability.

But can you believe the recent "I'm Too Sexy" advertising campaign? Featuring the lead singer from one-hit-wonder band Right Said Fred, the TV ads proclaim that the Camry is too sexy for a number of things, including drive-thrus, car washes and dry cleaning pick-up runs. So, uh, what are you supposed to use the innocuously styled sedan for? Picking up hot dates? Running Laguna Seca? Impressing the Joneses?

Camry can be equipped for everything from rugged family life or plush luxury touring, but nothing particularly sexy. Club hopping and canyon carving are not on the menu, though Toyota Racing Development (TRD - how sexy is that acronym? Further evidence supporting our case for truthfulness in advertising.) will sell you a kit that turns this grocery-getter into a competent handler.

For 2001, Toyota has juggled value package content and stand-alone option availability. Want air conditioning and power windows/locks/mirrors on the CE? How about remote keyless entry or a power driver's seat on the LE? Don't forget a power moonroof and six-disc in-dash CD changer on an XLE. All require the purchase of a Value Package. A JBL audio system is newly optional on all LEs, this year, and an anti-theft system with engine immobilizer is restricted to XLE V6 models.

Overall, Camry works well as a family sedan. Fully optioned, it's considerably more expensive than domestic competitors, but given the Camry's best-seller status, it seems most Americans consider this Toyota to be a worthwhile expenditure.

2000 Toyota Camry Owners Manual

2000 Toyota Camry Owners Manual - Halo ladies and gentleman welcome to Owners Manual blog. You are now reading the info about 2000 Toyota Camry. Here, we provide to you the link to download or buying this car's manual book. But in this case, we strongly recommend you to read the review first.

According to edmunds for the 2000 Toyota Camry. The 2000 Toyota Camry sedan receives minor updates. The exterior benefits from new front and rear styling. Camry LE models get 15-inch tires with new wheel covers while the XLE gets standard 16-inch tires. Four-cylinder models make three more horsepower than last year. Interior upgrades include an available JBL premium audio system, automatic climate control, larger buttons on the audio faceplate, imitation wood trim on XLE models, optional leather seats with driver-side power on LE models and new LE model seat fabric. The hood is now supported with struts and dampers.

The Toyota Camry is one of America's most-favored mid-size sedans. The reasons are simple. It boasts room for five adults, can be ordered with a powerful and smooth V6, and comes with the reputation of solid Toyota reliability.

The current-generation Camry debuted in 1997 and 2000 marks its first major facelift. The styling of the '97-'99 Camry was generally considered quite plain, so the new nose and tail this year are more than welcome.

The Camry can be equipped for rugged family life, or plush luxury touring. There are plenty of options to choose from, but you'll have to watch what you order if you are on a tight budget. There are three different trims: base-level CE, mid-level LE, and the top-level XLE. Some of the more notable options include side airbags, traction control, a premium sound system, leather interior trim, and a power moonroof. ABS is standard on XLEs and LEs equipped with a V6 engine.

The Camry's 3.0-liter V6 is a fine engine, and it produces 200 horsepower and 214 foot-pounds of torque. Acceleration is solid, and opposed to the Honda Accord or Mitsubishi Galant, the Camry's V6 can be ordered with a manual transmission. Braking is swift and sure with the antilock system, and Camry hangs on well in corners despite rather meek all-season radials.

According to edmunds for the 1999 Toyota Camry. The Camry is still favored by most Americans as the best mid-sized sedan. This despite a new-and-improved Honda Accord in '98. Camry's boast room inside for five adults, attractive yet conservative styling, exceptional pep from an available 24-valve 3.0-liter V6 and a price that doesn't break the bank, as long as options are kept to a minimum. In '97 the Camry was redesigned with the goal of becoming America's best-selling car. It succeeded but has faced increasing competition from the Accord and Ford Taurus in '98 and '99.

New and old Toyota customers have fallen in love with the Camry because of its reliability, durability and good value. The Camry can be equipped for rugged family life, or plush luxury touring. Options on higher-grade LE and XLE models include a premium sound system, leather interior trim and a power moonroof. With the V6 engine, the Camry accelerates strongly. Braking is swift and sure with the antilock system, and Camry hangs on well in corners despite rather meek all-season radials.

Inside, controls and gauges are laid-out nicely in a flowing dashboard, and most secondary controls are within easy reach of the driver. We are big fans of the fingertip cruise control stalk that allows easy operation without the chance of inadvertent activation. If you want a practical sedan without sacrificing all aspects of performance, the Camry CE can be had with a potent V6 and a five-speed manual transmission.Storage areas are abundant and feature a deep center console, door bins, and dashboard bins. Front cupholders, the feature by which all cars are truly measured these days, accommodate 20-ounce bottles of your favorite beverage.
